Benchmarking innovation for best practice

Abstract

Report on a project on benchmarking innovating activity in a number of progressive UK – and European‐based organizations. Aims to identify best practice in innovation and its management and control by using the McKinsey model criteria. Concludes with a list of factors thought to impinge on the degree of success innovation management.
