Actually, the field of wireless/contactless power transfer introduces a lot of motivations and attractions to the customers. Thus Devices become more convenient, reliable, more environmentally sound by eliminating the need for disposable batteries, and safer in addition of that reduction of system's cost by the principle of load sharing which means the ability to power more than one device from a single source. CCPT (Capacitive Coupled Power Transfer) with the aid of Electric field – as a near field classification – is demonstrated to apply the concept of contactless power transfer. the electric field enhancement is the cornerstone for improving the power transfer capability, power consumption and transfer efficiency. On the other hand, for improving the power transfer, different dielectric materials are employed as insulating mediums between the coupling plates for getting better results.
