Abstract

Service computing has become very popular nowadays in providing big data analytics. The proposed system deals with how to implement software as a service product for a healthcare domain. Healthcare data has its sources mainly from Electronic health records (EHR), Mobile health applications, wireless medical devices and also wearable devices that can track patient activity. This huge volume of data needs to be processed and manipulated in a more useful manner. There are many challenges in implementing a cloud-based product for healthcare, first and foremost, the problem is security on the critical and confidential data stored in a cloud.
