SMEs have tried to adapt, but the number of SMEs using digital payment facilities is still very small, adaptation to financial technology carried out by SMEs is dominated by capital activities, not transactions with customers; This condition is very contradictory to the condition of consumer behavior which has entered the digital economy era. The data was taken through a questionnaire distributed to SMEs actors, a total of 364 data could be analyzed further. The results of the study found that SMEs had hopes and intentions to use digital payments, encouragement from people around them, and consumer demands made SMEs dare to adopt digital payments.
