Abstract

This paper presents a Li-Ion battery charger for bio-medical applications, which controlled the three-mode of the charging process trickle current, constant current and constant voltage, with a maximum current of 198mA and charging voltage of 4.2V at the power supply of 4.9V using TSMC 180nm CMOS technology.
