Abstract

Mary Hanrahan is an independent researcher associated with the Faculty of Education at the Queensland University of Technology, having recently completed a postdoctoral fellowship focusing on exemplary science literacy teaching practice in the middle years. Her publications cover a range of areas, including research methodology, and the relationships between motivation, engagement, access, and language and literacy issues in science education.
