Abstract

The means for the transfer of microorganisms to patients through the entry of food to the hospital can be presented through the food itself, since there is little food that is sterilized before introducing them to the hospital, by transferring microorganisms directly from the hospital for the service or establishment where they prepare food and for the transfer of infectious organisms due to improper handling of products, this includes insuf fi cient heating or cooling of food, inadequate sanitation of equipment as well as storage of the product.
