Abstract

The paper describes the biological activity and pharmacological properties, particularly the spasmolytic and analgesis effects, of newly synthesized 4-propionyl-4-3(3-chlorphenyl)-1-[3-(4-methyl-piperazine)-propyl]-piperidine trihydrochloride (denoted S10).
