Abstract

Stochastic Computing (SC) is an alternative computing technique that offers low-area and error-tolerant im-plementations of complex functions. However, in multilevel SC circuits or systems correlation levels between stochastic bit-streams are changing, hence, creating severe correlation-induced errors that degrade the SC system's overall accuracy. In many scenarios, the input bitstreams should be correlated for SC arithmetic to obtain accurate results.
