Culture as Similarities and Dynamics: Suggesting Reinterpretations of Geert Hofstede's Work

Abstract

this poster is explorative and it suggests searches for cross-cultural similarities in order to enhance successful interactions and understandings. It is argued that Geert Hofstede's work can be fruitful to put in to play in qualitative cultural research, and that culture shall be viewed as dynamic.
