Abstract

The article aims to discuss contradictions and tensions caused by the questioning about which space the Education of Youth and Adults has assumed in the Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC). To foster the discussion, it was sought in the documentary research the support of analysis of information by the primary official documents: 1988 Constitution, LDBN/96, PNE and BNCC.
