A 3-Db Directional Coupler of New Structure on a Ceramic Substrate

Abstract

A L-band 3-dB directional couplcr of thrcc dimcsional structure is fabricated on a ccramic substrate. Experimental results agrcc wcll with numerical calculations bascd on thc finitc diffcrcnce method. Thc couplcr is good in pcrformancc, small in size and casy to bc fabricated.
