Abstract

An examination is made of the steps that should be taken to investigate serious injury accidents, property damage accidents and incidents with no injury or damage. The techniques for obtaining accident data from employees and witnesses are outlined along with methods to secure the physical evidence. The author discusses how to use a spread sheet to aid in the investigation of an accident.<>
