The reality of educational supervision in the districts of Amran governorate. Dhibin Directorate as a model

Abstract

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the reality of educational supervision in the governorate of Amran (Dhibin district as a model) and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method for the documents. Amran branch as sources of information to describe the reality of the educational system and educational supervision and its problems. The research consisted of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The first topic dealt with the theoretical framework, the second topic, the reality of the educational system in the Directorate of Dhibin, and the third topic, the reality of educational supervision in the directorate. He did his job to the fullest, including: interruption of salaries, lack of training and qualification, and the geographical distance of schools, the lack of supervisors, the disproportion of the number of supervisors with the number of teachers, as well as the existing deficit in some disciplines, and based on the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and proposals for the development of educational supervision in the directorate and the general governorate of Amran. Keywords: educational supervision, Amran governorate, Dhibin district, descriptive study. الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الإشراف التربوي في محافظة عمران (مديرية ذيبين نموذجاً) واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوثائق، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع الوثائق والبيانات المتعلقة بالمركز التعليمي بالمديرية، إضافة للوثائق الموجودة في مكتب التربية بالمحافظة، وكذا التقرير التنموي الصادر عن الصندوق الاجتماعي فرع عمران كمصادر للمعلومات، لوصف واقع النظام التعليمي والإشراف التربوي ومشكلاته، وتكون البحث من مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة تناول المبحث الأول الإطار النظري والمبحث الثاني واقع النظام التعليمي في مديرية ذيبين، والمبحث الثالث واقع الإشراف التربوي في المديرية، وتضمنت الخاتمة التوصيات والمقترحات، وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن الإشراف التربوي بالمديرية يواجه العديد من المشاكل والمعوقات التي تمنعه من القيام بعمله على أكمل وجه، منها: انقطاع المرتبات، وقلة التدريب والـتأهيل، والتباعد الجغرافي للمدارس، وقلة المشرفين، وعدم تناسب عدد المشرفين مع عدد المعلمين، وكذلك العجز القائم في بعض التخصصات، واستنادا للنتائج قدم الباحث عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات لتطوير الإشراف التربوي في المديرية، وعموم محافظة عمران. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإشراف التربوي، محافظة عمران، مديرية ذيبين، دراسة وصفية.
