The Inventory Problem of the Supply Chain Management: How to Form a Win-win among the Supply Chain Stakeholders

Abstract

This paper is based on the concepts and features of the inventory of supply chain management issues as to discuss how the stakeholders gain a win-win in the formation of the supply chain. On the way of a win-win, the inventory management mainly faces these two problems: the Bullwhip Effect and the Stock Transfer. And in order to solve these problem, the stakeholders should cooperate with each other, should improve their technology and also they should simple the process.
