Preparation of Graphene by Anodic Bonding to the Surface of Borosilicate Glass

Abstract

Experiments on the production of graphite samples on a borosilicate glass substrate by anodic bonding were carried out. Optical microscopy (phase contrast method) and Raman spectroscopy were used to identify single-layer graphite regions.
