Abstract
At the moment, aqua and mariculture is experiencing a tremendous need for modern drugs for the pharmacocorrection of pathologies of non-infectious etiology, which are complex and have a universal integral pharmacological response. Determination of hepatoprotective properties was carried out according to the method described in step 4, however, the parity experimental group received the studied composition (combination of ursodeoxycholic and chenodeoxycholic acids in encapsulated form) at a dosage of 20 mg/kg (by the amount of bile acids). As a result of the study, no negative changes were noted in the experimental group, which indicates the hepatoprotective properties of the studied composition.
