Science Based Research Commercialization from Universities in Thailand: The Perspective of Successful Academic Researchers

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to explore factors and barriers that affect successful research commercialization from universities in Thailand. This study emphasizes successful academic science-based researchers. Semi structured and in-depth interviews were conducted for this study. This study contributes to understanding factors of success and barriers to successful research commercialization. It also seeks to solve and overcome those barriers that are still occurring in Thailand in order to increase research commercialization.
