Abstract
Technological processes of assembly of the most mass metal-ceramic IC cases with planar and pin contact conclusions
on the automatic modular line are considered. It is proposed for the automated shop of assembly of cases to combine
the assembly line and a site of automatic cassetting it into a single transport-accumulative system. The introduction
of the IC hull assembly line into production provides an increase in labor productivity by 3...5 times while reducing the
