Abstract

This article is to review researches in Vietnam on the behavioral culture of medical staff towards patients in Ho Chi Minh City. As a result, the study summarizes the achievements and limitations of researches on behavioral culture in general as well as researches on behavioral culture of medical staff in particular. This is the basis for the author to build a theoretical framework, gaps in research on behavioral culture of medical staff towards patients in Ho ChiMinh City.
