In this paper, an autonomous driving system is proposed using a neural network for steering control and a fuzzy based system for pedals control. First, the input variables of the system are described and then the proper architecture of the proposed system is presented. As performance and safety are critical for this particular application, different metrics regarding those aspects are explained and then used for evaluation.
