Recipient cow estrus response after injection of the hormone combination estrus synchronization with all three treatments show symptoms of estrous. The percentage of estrous cows FH overall recipient reaches 100%, showed that the treatment effect is very good and effective way to bully the onset of estrous cows recipient FH. The results of data analysis using Chi-Square showed no significant difference among all treatments. Abstract

给予应答的GNRH激素、雌激素、孕激素和前列腺素在发情时同步实施发情母牛受体荷斯坦奶牛

本试验旨在研究GnRH、雌激素、孕酮和前列腺素联合注射对雌荷(FH)受体奶牛发情反应、发情起始期和发情持续期的影响。本试验选用15头未怀孕的受体奶牛，分为3种同期发情处理方式，每组5头。受体奶牛的发情反应激素联合注射后，发情与三种治疗同步，均表现出发情症状。发情奶牛FH总接受者百分比达到100%，表明该治疗方法效果非常好，是抑制发情奶牛FH发病的有效方法。卡方数据分析结果显示，各处理间差异无统计学意义。综上所述，使用GnRH、雌激素、孕激素和前列腺素的FHcow受者在所有参数上的同步性良好。关键词:发情同步，GnRH，雌激素，孕酮，前列腺素。
