Abstract

The formation of company’s target management system and the problems of structuring and streamlining the types of management from the standpoint of methodology, tools and techniques are considered in the given paper. There has been substattiated the need for developing alternative models for the formation of company’s target management system based on ISO 9001. The choice of management toolkit and its optimum range for specific industries and solution of these industries’s primary tasks are covered.
