Abstract

‘Waqf’ is an act of giving some of the assets owned for worship purpose in Islam and social charity. Land is one of many assets used as ‘waqf’ objects which can be used as a valuable asset for worship and economy. There are many cases that make ‘waqf’ lands allotment not suitable for business development.
