Abstract

Utilizing the Terahertz (THz) spectrum is a way to decongest wireless communications by overcoming the demand for higher data transfer rate. Three-dimensional Dirac semimetals (3DS) are good materials to be used for THz devices due to their configurability and good response to the THz frequencies. We have designed and simulated the THz dipole antenna with Cadmium Arsenide as the antenna material.
