With the calculate cards of distribution of the electric field intensity of industrial frequency along the 500 kV overhead transmission lines, service works at these lines may be organized in such a way that the personnel work time near electric field will not exceed 8 hours. Abstract

The paper lists operation features of the 500 kV overhead power lines in the Republic of Tajikistan. It presents the impact of the terrain and ambient air temperature on the change of electric field intensity of industrial frequency near the overhead 500 kV power lines.
