The composition of such crimes involves the commission of acts that are prohibited by air traffic regulations, or consist in non-compliance with those instructions that a person could and should have complied with (for example, refusal to use seat belts). In conclusion, it is noted that criminal offenses in the field of aviation today are not widespread in Ukraine. Abstract

The article considers the theoretical and practical aspects of the application of criminal liability for crimes in the field of aviation.
