PERENCANAAN SITE PLAN DAN PENERAPAN POLAH HIDUP SEHAT DI KAWASAN PONDOK PESANTREN LIRBOYO IX DONOMULYO, DESA DONOMULYO KECAMATAN DONOMULYO, KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu desa binaan Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) adalah Desa Donomulyo, Kecamatan Donomulyo, Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki visi “Menuju Desa Donomulyo yang Sejahtera”, dijabarkan menjadi 3 misi yaitu, sebagai: 1) desa religi, 2) desa perkebunan dan 3) desa wisata. Untuk mewujudkan sebagai desa religi, saat ini terdapat Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo IX Donomulyo yang dibangun tahun 2020 hingga sekarang. Saat ini PP Lirboyo IX Donomulyo mengalami masalah teknis terkait dengan tata letak/ site plan pembangunan sarana fisik berupa pembangunan gedung, yang beresiko tidak baik, tidak efisien penggunaan lahan, dan tidak memenuhi standar teknis. Disisi lain, kasus positif Covid-19 semakin meningkat di Domulyo. Adapun solusi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut yaitu menyelenggarakan pendidikan dan pelatihan kepada warga sekitar pondok, dengan tujuan: 1) Cara membuat site plan PP Lirboyo IX Donomulyo yang memenuhi standar teknis dan 2) Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Berdasarkan hasil Pelaksanaan pengabdian diperoleh simpulan sebagai berikut: 1). Dihasilkan dokjmen site plan, beberapa denah serta pelaksanaan pekerjaan pondasi dapur dan KM/WC yang memenuhi standar teknis dan 2) Warga di lingkungan PP Lirboyo IX Donomulyo memahami pola hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS).Abstract: One of the assisted villages of the State Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) is Donomulyo Village, Donomulyo District, Malang Regency which has a vision "Towards a Prosperous Donomulyo Village", which is translated into 3 missions, namely, as: 1) religious village, 2) plantation village and 3) tourist village. To realize it as a religious village, there is currently the Lirboyo IX Donomulyo Islamic Boarding School which was built in 2020 until now. Currently PP Lirboyo IX Donomulyo is experiencing technical problems related to the layout/site plan for the construction of physical facilities in the form of building construction, which is at risk of being unfavorable, inefficient in land use, and does not meet technical standards. On the other hand, positive cases of Covid-19 are increasing in Domulyo. The solution in solving these problems is to organize education and training for residents around the lodge, with the objectives: 1) How to create a PP Lirboyo IX Donomulyo site plan that meets technical standards and 2) Clean and healthy living behavior in the Islamic boarding school environment. Based on the results of the implementation of the service, the following conclusions were obtained: 1). Produced a site plan document, several floor plans and the implementation of kitchen and KM/WC foundation work that meets technical standards and 2) Residents in the PP Lirboyo IX Donomulyo environment understand a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS).
