Abstract

this article presents the conceptual design of electronic and communication systems to provide assistance in the mobility and orientation for visually impaired people in indoor environments of buildings, with the aim of contributing to their social inclusion. General conceptual design is presented, which involves the two types of ICT-based technologies proposed for the development of this work. The functionality of the applications that will be carried out in the Android OS and in iOS is presented, and the design of the radio frequency modules, which will be implemented in this work.
