Сomparative analysisof the 2021 peculiar trends in federal legislation and in legislation of Daghestan Republic

Abstract

The article examines some practical aspects related to the normative legal acts of higher legal force issued in 2021 by the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the People's Assembly of the Republic of Dagestan from the standpoint of comparative analysis, as well as thematic, quantitative principles. The methods that legislators are guided by while improving the law are considered. The focus of the study is also on the areas of public relations that are affected by changes in legislation.
