Responsabilidad Social en 201 años en el Perú

Abstract

The objective of this research is to make a critical historical review of the Social Responsibility that public and private companies have had during Republican Peru, defining its four levels (philanthropic, ethical, legal and economic) and the need that the sector has had mainly private, in integrating it into its Organizational culture since it favors its sustainable development and its permanence in the market.
