Abstract

The emergence of large and complex electronic equipment makes people more eager to improve its overall reliability and maintainability. For this reason, a comprehensive circuit detection system based on reverse simulation is designed in this paper. In this paper, according to the actual needs of the control circuit detection, the designed circuit detection system can simulate the sensor parameters needed in the testing process of the tested circuit board, effectively simulate the actual working conditions, and get rid of the dependence on physical sensor detection. 基于反向仿真的电路检测系统研究
大型、复杂电子设备的出现,使人们更加渴望提高其整体可靠性和可维护性。为此,本文设计了一种基于反向仿真的综合电路检测系统。本文根据控制电路检测的实际需要,设计的电路检测系统可以模拟被测电路板检测过程中所需的传感器参数,有效模拟实际工况,摆脱对物理传感器检测的依赖。该系统能有效地解决控制电路板系统出厂检验的问题,并用于待测电路板的维护和改进。对节省成本,减少工作量,提高产品出厂合格率具有重要意义。
