Pedagogical conditions for the formation of the competence of official documentation at future lawyers

Abstract

В профессиональной деятельности юриста любого профиля важную роль играет оформление официальных документов, в которых закрепляются условия и результаты взаимодействия сторон. Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме определения педагогических условий формирования компетенции официального документирования, которая является ключевой для юристов. Целью исследования является определение и обоснование педагогических условий успешного функционирования педагогической модели формирования компетенции официального документирования у будущих юристов в процессе их профессиональной подготовки в вузе. Авторы исходят из того, что базовый уровень компетенции официального документирования должен быть заложен в процессе обучения в вузе посредством использования профессионально ориентированного содержания образования, применения активных методов обучения, непрерывного мониторинга процесса ее формирования на основе разработанных диагностических средств, а практика в конкретной правовой области будет способствовать ее дальнейшему развитию. To perform official documents is important in the lawyer’s professional activity, while the conditions and results of interaction between the bodies are fixed there. The article is devoted to the actual problem of determining the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the competence of official documentation (COD), which is key for lawyers. The purpose of the study is to determine and substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the successful functioning of the previously developed pedagogical model for the formation of CODE among future lawyers in the process of their training. The authors proceed from the assumption that the basic level of COD should be laid in the process of studying at the university through the use of professionally oriented educational content, the use of active teaching methods in the educational process, as well as continuous monitoring of the process of forming COD on the basis of the developed diagnostic tools, and specific practice in a particular legal area would contribute to its further development.
