Abstract

The rapid development of distributed energy resources (DERs) has resulted in significant integration problems. To solve them, two mainstream promotion measures ‐‐ the storage configuration mechanism and the distributed transaction mechanism, are put forward at home and abroad. This study will analyze the long-term influence of the integration mechanisms on distributed renewable energy by constructing an automated co-simulation framework with Vensim, GridLab-D and MATLAB. By combining Vensim's macro analysis ability, MATLAB's optimization control ability and GridLAB-D's micro-simulation ability together, this framework provides a more accurate tool to evaluate the performance of the integration mechanisms. Analyses of the short-term benefits and long-term development of the DERs in a test network demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed co-simulation framework.
