The mechanism includes the services to manage the devices, to manage the radio interfaces on devices, to learn the location of devices, to load the service remotely and dynamically. Abstract

Self-Management of services and devices in Internet of Things (IoT) systems and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) systems is a fundamental challenge due to the large number of devices and context-aware services.
