Abstract

With the progress of the distribution network operation technology and the growth of demand in the reliability of the user's power supply, the precision and accuracy of prearranged power outage in 10kV distribution network put forward higher requirements. Based on the perspective of the reliability data analysis and application, combining the practical experience of the distribution network operation in the work groups, the article sets up a typical database of standard operation time and a comprehensive power failure duration prediction model in 10kV distribution network to reduce the prediction deviation of the reliability of power supply, and improves the standardized operation time post evaluation system. This provides a direct reference method for the prediction deviation control of the reliability of power supply.
基于供电可靠性分析数据的10Kv配电网停电时间预测优化研究
随着配电网运行技术的进步和对用户供电可靠性需求的增长,对10kV配电网提前安排停电的精度和准确性提出了更高的要求。本文从可靠性数据分析与应用的角度出发,结合工作组配电网运行的实际经验,建立了10kV配电网标准运行时间典型数据库和综合停电持续时间预测模型,以减少供电可靠性的预测偏差,完善了标准化运行时间后评价体系。这为电源可靠性的预测偏差控制提供了一种直接的参考方法。
