Abstract

In the years 2018, 2019 and 2020, several properties in the state of São Paulo had their rubber plantations devastated due to the occurrence of fires. The present work has as objective, to present some occurrences and to guide the rubber growers, regarding the risks and the precautions that can be taken to prevent the risk of fire inside the rubber plantations. The observed results, allowed to conclude that in the rubber plantations affected by fires, where it is done the proper handling, the recovery of the plants and the risk of eradication of the plantations are less.
