Main aim of this paper rests in providing an immediate availability of an option to the end user for purchasing a travel ticket at any instance of time period with ease. The main attempt of this system is to increase the convenience of the end user by providing to reserve travel ticket anywhere, anytime - implementing Any Time Reservation (ATR) System. This would not only reduce the time constraint of the end user, but also efficiently manage the underutilization of the ATM Terminals. Providing an efficient utilization of the under-utilized Automated Teller Machine also is the aim of the ATR system. A RESTful web service is implemented as a prototype in to demonstrate automated reservation system.
