A discussion is presented of the use of repertory grid-centered tools such as the Expertise Transfer System (ETS), Aquinas, Kitten, and KSS0. Classes of use are presented along with specific applications. Applications are discussed within the context of ETS and Aquinas use at Boeing.<>
