Abstract

With the development of interest in the interaction of ethnic groups in various fields, intercultural interactions in the culinary field are of particular interest. Gastronomic culture for many researchers represents the epistemological field of everyday life, which is quite problematic from the point of view of historical retrospective. A weaker ethnic group borrows new social practices from a strong ethnic group that came to their lands. This is especially evident in the gastronomic field. There are various borrowing mechanisms, which indicates the complexity of this process.
