What content of user reviews is considered "helpful"?

Abstract

This study examines what kind of content of user reviews are evaluated as ’’helpful.’’ Specifically, the relationship between user review of novel products and the degree of user innovativeness was examined using data collected through a questionnaire survey. The result show that the points evaluated as "helpful" differed depending on the user's degree of innovativeness.
