Reshaping the WTO: Some Reflections on a Way Forward

This chapter outlines some of the recent challenges confronting trade multilateralism and then presents some practical recommendations that could help the WTO move forward. It focuses on two of the WTO's discrete functions: the negotiating function of the organisation and its adjudicating role on trade disputes.
