Abstract

In this paper, the discharge phenomena of aluminum materials under the action of strong electromagnetic waves are investigated. The electron multiplication phenomenon of aluminum surface under different amplitude of microwave at 1GHz-300GHz was calculated using 1D3V simulation framework.
