According to the shape of the submarine, which is divided into three highlights, and the equivalent sheltered area of the submarine highlights is calculated using equivalent area method. Submarine target echo signal is using trapezoid pulse signal as torpedo active acoustic signal. Simulation results show that results are consistent with the basic theory of the target echo, and verify the validity of the method.
