Then the 100 ml sterilized cell suspended broth was sprayed on the average weight of 2.5-3.0 kg wet base pasteurized maize crop byproducts and paddy straw. Abstract

The research was carried out to investigate the cultivation of oyster mushroom ( Pleurotus eoeus ) on maize crop byproducts (maize Stover, maize cob sheath and maize rind). The preliminary test was done to know the effect of heat killed bacterial isolates (Iso-S-1, Iso-S-2, Iso-S-3, Iso-Sh-4, Iso-R-5) on the growth of Pleurotus eoeus in in vitro .
