Abstract

The role of micro, small and medium enterprises is always important to support the country’s economic growth. As the market emerge and become larger, the competition within these enterprises has also risen to a new stage. One of the key to formulate strategies to improve the enterprises’ competitiveness is through industrial analysis based on Porter’s Five Force Model. This study aimed to map the application of porter’s five forces within SMEs in Medan. A number of 300 SMEs were participated in this research. 波特五力在提升竞争力中的应用——以棉兰特色中小企业为例

中小微企业在支撑国家经济增长中始终发挥着重要作用。随着市场的出现和规模的扩大，这些企业内部的竞争也上升到一个新的阶段。基于波特五力模型的产业分析是制定企业竞争力提升战略的关键之一。本研究旨在绘制搬运工五力在棉兰中小企业中的应用。有300多家中小企业参与了这项研究。本文的结论是，五力分析的大部分是在无意识的情况下进行的，几乎没有从分析中产生策略。应该有一个政党发挥作用，帮助中小企业制定基于五力模型的战略，提高整体竞争力。
