Accordingly, a communication system transmission using the method of spectrum energy sensing, based on the software-defined radio (SDR) platform of NI company's universal software radio peripheral (USRPs) and the graphical programming language LabVIEW software, achieves a reliable dynamic access for video transmission. Abstract
