Taking advantages of SDN enabled RAN architecture, we propose a QoS guaranteed resource allocation scheme with content caching. To evaluate the performance of content caching in RAN, we choose the effective capacity as the metric to convert the service latency into user data rate. Then we formulate the maximum of total effective capacity as the optimization problem. To make the problem more tractable, we simplify the original one and convert it to a convex problem solving with the subgradient method.
