In the test, wireless tension sensor, total station and other measuring equipment were used to measure the force value of the tractor and tensioner, the load of the pulley and the sag of the observation span during the stringing construction process. The results were compared with the results obtained by the calculation method of tension stringing construction. The calculation results of the force value of the tractor, load of the pulley and the sag of the observation span obtained by calculation method of tension stringing construction are consistent with the actual measurement results, and the data accuracy meets the engineering requirements, which verifies the accuracy of the calculation method. Abstract
A verification test of tension stringing was carried out in an UHV transmission line project. In the test, wireless tension sensor, total station and other measuring equipment were used to measure the force value of the tractor and tensioner, the load of the pulley and the sag of the observation span during the stringing construction process. The results were compared with the results obtained by the calculation method of tension stringing construction.
