Moluska merupakan hewan lunak yang mempunyai cangkang, termasuk kelas gastropoda dan bivalvia pada umumnya berhasil menyesuaikan diri dan berasosiasi di beberapa tempat. Tujuan penelitian meliputi (1) untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman Moluska dan (2) untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman vegetasi perairan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode transek dikombinasi dengan metode plot (1x1m) untuk sampling moluska  dan metode purposive sampling untuk kajian tipe substrat dan keanekaragaman vegetasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  (1) dijumpai 7 famili, 8 genus dan 8 spesies moluska meliputi Tarebia granifera, Pomacea canalicula L., Melanoides tuberculate, Thiara scabra, Pilsbryoconcha exilis, Bellamya javanica, Faunus ater, dan Gyraulus convexiusculus. (2)  dijumpai 5 famili, 7 genus dan 7 sepsies vegetasi perairan meliputi Eichhornia crassipes, Nymphaea lotus L., Vallisneria americana, Hydrilla verticillate, Ottelia alismoides L., Pistia stratiotes L., dan Spirogyra sp. Mollusca bellongs to gastropods and bivalvia in general, they are group of Invertebrate animals living in several types of habitat. This research aims to understand: (1) the variety of Mollusca, and (2) the variety of sea vegetation. Plot sampling were use as method with 1MX 1M plot for mollusca samplinh, while for its substrate and sea vegetation purposive sampling were use. The results shows that there were 7 families, 8 genus and 8 spescies of mollusca. They were Tarebia granifera, Pomacea canalicula L., Melanoides tuberculate, Thiara scabra, Pilsbryoconcha exilis, Bellamya javanica, Faunus ater, and Gyraulus convexiusculus. Abstract

Moluska merupakan kelompok hewan invertebrata yang berdistribusi secara luas dan mampu hidup di beberapa tipe habitat. Moluska merupakan hewan lunak yang mempunyai cangkang, termasuk kelas gastropoda dan bivalvia pada umumnya berhasil menyesuaikan diri dan berasosiasi di beberapa tempat. Tujuan penelitian meliputi (1) untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman Moluska dan (2) untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman vegetasi perairan.
